I have never tried to whiten my teeth before. They are not horribly stained, just a little yellow. I want something that is easy to use but effective. Any suggestions? I don’t know if strips or tray or those rub on gels are best

August 31st, 2010 ok. . . So I’ve been thinking about my teeth whitening, but I want a kit or something to buy at a pharmacy that would be cheaper than going to the dentist and having it happen. . . What brands are best? prices? Only drugstore brand or brands sold at Wal-Mart. . . . Thanks!

August 19th, 2010 Also a couple other related qs: On which manners does have each method damage to cogs? more thinly of emaille? etc? Which method longer will have permanent results? and those would cause lowest sensitivity? How long sensitivity last anyway, and how heavily will it be?
