What would happen if I left my teeth whitening tray in for longer than 30 – 60 minutes?
March 26th, 2010 My teeth whitening system says to leave the tray in my mouth for 30 to 60 minutes. Will the tray be any more effective if I leave it in for longer than 60 minutes? Will this damage my teeth/gums in any way?
