does rinsing with a cap full of hydrogen peroxide and water fast and effectivley whiten your teeth?
November 13th, 2010 what I do is put 1/2 hydrogen peroxide, and 1/2 water then swish it in my mouth for 1 minute morning and night. Do i need to use it more often or use it for a longer period of time? How long will it take to whiten my teeth to a bright white?
