I’ve used Crest white strips but they kill my teeth. I would really like a fairly reasonable way to whiten my teeth since they are in desperate need of whitening. Any suggestions?

I have really sensitive teeth and I’d really like to whiten them. I’ve tried using Crest Whitestrips before, but after a few days my teeth start to ache and I have to stop. Is this typical/normal? I am looking for an inexpensive way to whiten my teeth without being irresponsible and damaging them. Any suggestions?

The only thing I did differently was I very strongly brushed with a stiff brush and abrasive toothpaste (ultra light) and since some are very painful when exposed to hot or cold. What gives?

Me does not say Crest ProHealth because it is not on stock everywhere or nobody carries it. What possible am I beside Crest ProHealth that my cogs will prove to be, looking after sensitivity and also fightings Tarter? These must also the ADA seal (American Dental Association).
