I have several employees and at the front they have a cover thats the circumference of my teeth and they have food stains on them that dont go away in any way Wer I take the stains out? oh and I’ve tried cleaning and that doesn’t work
how do i take of the food stains from my retainer?

try soaking it overnight in mouthwash
Obviously take it to the orthidontests and maybe bleach it. I don’t know I am guessing on the bleach thing but it sounds reasonable.
Whatever you do, DO NOT soak it in mouthwash – it will break down the acrylic and then your retainer. Some possible solutions are to soak it in denure tablets for fifteen minutes once a week, or to scrub the retainer with salt, which is abrasive, but will not harm the retainer.
